Our site has been divided into 4 logic parts: top part - the headline of site; left one-menu, counters; middle part - the main space for information; right part -block with fact information.

   In the left part, in menu, the arrows opposite its sections have different color according to the limit of time. Yellow color means that the information has been updated, blue color - the information is old.
Each section of menu has its own time of limit: for 1 day weather forecast - 24 hours; for the fact weather charts - 2 hours; for the section that does not updated very often - a week, a month as required. This scheme is right for the section "Weather charts".

   In the middle part there is the information that depend upon of chosen menu. If you are on the main page, the " forecast in your city" will be on the top.

   In the right part there is a fact and astronomy information that we have on present moment for different cities. If you are firstly in our site, the initial information will be for Moscow. The city you need may be chosen from namelist. The chosen city will be shown by default.
If you have the letter "o" above the temperature or on the right hand from city namelist, this is means that the data have not been updated for more than 3 hours. If you have the letter "a" - the data have not been updated for more than 24 hours.
   In the section "Weather forecast" of main menu one can choose the position "To show on the main page". You only need to put a check mark into the window. You can also choose this position in the section "Your setting up". If the forecast for this city exists, it has to be shown. If near the name of city there is a mark , this is means that you can click on it, and the country where the city exists will be shown on screen.

   We put your attention on the fact, that in the city namelist there are only cities where the weather information exists at present moment.
City disappears from the namelist, if the forecast does not appear in database more than 2 days. In section "Weather forecast" together with chosen City you can see all current news where this city is mention.
